You are strongly encouraged to stay at the meeting hotel. Please make your room reservations before registering here. You must call the hotel directly for reservations.

Before continuing with registration by clicking below, we would like you to understand the costs. The meeting fee of $110 includes all meeting facilities and daily continental breakfast, light lunch and afternoon break. Details about the banquet ($60) can be found in the Social Activities link. It is not included in the meeting fee. Children under 12 pay only half-price for the banquet. Please write directly to the Local Organizer if your children will be attending. Do not include them in the banquet ticket total.

We would prefer online payment of the meeting fee and all banquet tickets which you can do from the continuation page.

If you have a room reserved at the Holiday Inn, you can delay payment of the meeting fee and the banquet until the meeting date and still avoid a late fee. In that case, your reservation at the hotel and your registration here must be under the same name and you must register before April 1. Only money order, check or cash (no credit card) will be accepted at the meeting site.

If you are not staying at the Holiday Inn, you must register and pay online before April 1 in order to avoid the late fee ($25).

In either case, please indicate the total number of banquet tickets (including yours).
