Last August, through a partnership between the Industrial Biotechnology Program and PRIDCO, 60 former employees from the pharmaceutical industry participated in a four-day training in biotechnology manufacturing. The objective of this training was to provide the participants with knowledge and skills that would increase their competitiveness for job placement in the biotechnology industry.
