I recognize and accept that the present donation is made freely and voluntarily, without any way granting limiting the commitment of the University with the principle of academic freedom. The donation is not contrary to the Law and is performed in compliance with the regulations applicable to the University, including that that this donation is subject to the acceptance by the  designated authority.The donation is not conditioned to the support of a product or service and there is no conflict of interest between the parties. This donation is granted for the use and / or rehabilitation of the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus (UPRM).
