EDSA had one of their famous bake sales this week to raise funds for future events. The event was a total success, having sold almost all of the cookies, cupcakes, and brownies that the members donated. The volunteers did a great job, working together intently for two hours straight with no complaints. The Children’s Library also contributed to this sale, bringing used books for the EDSA volunteers to sell at another table. This, of course, attracted many eager readers, which really encompasses the spirit of EDSA. All in all, this sale was both prosperous and fun for everyone.
