The Fiscal Year 2012 Request for Proposals is now available. Application due dates are February 23, 2012, 4:00 PM US/Eastern (Investigators). Approximately $1 million is available under this program in FY 2012. The Government's obligation under this program is contingent upon the availability of funds.
