| Where can I go study at the CRRE? |
The CRRE provides many tables for studying and additionaly there are study carrels for graduates students and faculty only. These study carrels must be checked out a the Circulation Collection

| Does the CRRE have a photocopy machine? |
Yes, the CRRE has a photocopy machina venid the last row of computers (#53 - #57). If you encounter any problems while using this machine you should seek help at the Library Administrative Office.

| Can journals be borrowed from the CRRE? |
Yes, but only by graduate students or faculty. They should fill out the checkout form and may borrow the journals anywhere between one (1) and two (2) weeks at a time.

| How do I find a journal article abouit a research topic? |
You will need to use the library databases available via the Library’s homepage. Here you have the option of choosing databases by subject. The articles found may be in fulltext or in print form using the online catalog.

| How do I know if the CRRE has an electronic version of a journal? |
You will need to search for the title of the journal using the electronic journals service called A to Z. if the journal title is found A to Z will indicate in which databses it is located.

You first go to the Library’s Homepage (http://www.uprm.edu/library) then choose the link Online databases. Another screen will appear wher you will need to type in your campsu webmail username and password.

| How do I know that a journal is available in the CRRE and not in another library collection? |
When you do a journal title search in the library catalog you will see an area of the bibliographc record titled “Location”. If under Location it says “Serials” this means that the journal is located on the CRRE journal shelves

| What newspapers are available in the CRRE? |
The New York Times is available in microfilm. The Wall Street Journal is available in both print and microfilm

| Can I print color copies from the CRRE printer? |
No it only has a black ink cartridge
