Open access journals are digital, online, free of charge, and free of most copyright and licensing restrictions. What makes it possible is the internet and the consent of the author or copyright-holder.

The list of journals appears in alphabetical order and by subjects. Most of the journals are updated, others have start and end dates, however our library includes them hoping they will be of use to our patrons.

Each month we will be updating the list for the benefit of all our patrons.
