The Reference Service of our Library it’s available to all members of the academic and general community. The primary purpose of the reference service is to guide students, faculty, staff, researchers and other users at point of need to resources that accelerate the process of identifying and retrieving information for research, study or personal use.
All collection’s reference services staff will respond to all questions pertaining specifically to UPR-RUM General Library’s collections or policies. The full range of reference services is offered to our academic community, but service to the general community may be more limited.
Reference services are complemented by information literacy activities and tutorials on our web page that provide virtual tour, online tutorials and regularly schedule of other activities related.
