Allow users to send questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The user will receive an answer by email within 48 hours, excluding sundays and holidays.

The General Library's Reference Service is available to all members of the academic and general community. The primary purpose of the reference service is to guide students, faculty, staff, researchers and other users at point of need to resources that accelerate the process of identifying and retrieving information for research, study or personal use.
