Interlibrary Loans
Find us on Facebook!
Books and articles not found in the General Library collections may often be borrowed from other libraries. Anyone from the Mayagüez Campus who needs materials not available on site should request an interlibrary loan at the Interlibrary Loan Department or fill out an
ILL Request Form online. Depending upon the supplier, interlibrary loan materials can take an average of 1 to 2 weeks before they are received. After turning in request, please wait a minimum of 1 week before requesting a "status" on your transaction.
Complete bibliographic information should be given for the desired material, including full name of author, title, place and date of publication for a book; periodical title, volume and year, author, title and pages for a serial's article. It is also important to give the printed source of reference, if available.
