Word y Trellix

Existen  tres formas para integrar documentos en Word  a Trellix:

1. Utilizar la herramienta de Web Gem-File download:

Seleccionar el Web Gem "file download".

Seleccionar  el file que se va a añadir (browse)

Incluir el texto que va a servir de enlace

Seleccionar "insert"

2. Utilizar la herramienta de "container page"

Convertir el documento de word a "web page".

Seleccione File > Save as > Web Page (HTML Document en otras versiones)

Seleccione "Insert"   y escoja 'Container Page"

Bajo Contents , seleccione Captured Resource .

Seleccione  Insert  y From Disk.

Seleccione su documento en HTML y haga clic en  Open .

Bajo File,  seleccione  Save & Exit .

Seleccione OK.

3. Copiar el texto para incluirlo en Trellix:

Selecciona el texto  y utiliza la función de "copy". ( En Word debes seleccionar Edit _Copy)

En Trellix selecciona Edit >Paste Special

Selecciona Formatted Text  y Preserve the exact appearance of text

Selecciona  OK .
