We are looking to fill the following roles, each with the responsibilities listed below:

-Treasurer
•Oversee the club’s bank account
•Approve all transactions
•Design and approve annual budget
•Lead the fundraising committee, ensuring the chapter meets its monthly funding quotas
•Maintain secure records of all receipts, invoices, and financial agreements

-Fundraising Committee Member
•Identify and pursue opportunities to raise funds
•Develop creative fundraising ideas and initiatives
•Lead event logistics, including venue booking, supply gathering, and volunteer shifts
•Report all financial updates, donor details, and event outcomes to the Treasurer

-ColorStack Representative
•Act as the face and voice of the organization
•Recruit and onboard new members
•Promote ColorStack across classrooms, activities, and events
•Network to connect the club with speakers, workshop hosts, and industry professionals
