The Center for Professional Enrichment (CEP) aims to expose teaching staff dedicated to teaching as well as graduate students to various educational strategies that promote academic excellence from the perspectives of effectiveness and quality in teaching for a better student academic achievement.

The Center covers all aspects of professional development including teaching, learning, assessment, and research. Our goal is to create a community of well-prepared and motivated individuals who contribute to the academic excellence of the institution. This includes generating a concerted and multifaceted effort to promote and increase UPRM’s research activity and culture.
