The program, managed by the Business and Economic Development Center (CNDE) at the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez Campus and funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s EDA, enhances the capacity of beneficiaries to meet federal requirements and maximize the positive impact of federal funds in their communities.
