PAGM-TAP
Technical Assistance Program for Grant Management
PAGM-TAP is a program of the Business and Economic Development Center (CNDE) at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration (EDA).
The main objective of this program is to enhance the grant management and compliance capacity of government beneficiaries, including those receiving funds from the EDA as well as from other federal agencies.
Our Objectives

Improve grant management through training and technical assistance.

Ensure compliance with federal agencies’ reporting and documentation requirements.

Promote the efficient use of technological tools for grant administration.

Ensure that at least half of the beneficiaries improve their processes and submit their reports within established deadlines.

To be the leading reference in technical assistance and training in grant management for government entities in Puerto Rico, contributing to the transparent, efficient, and effective handling of federal funds for the benefit and comprehensive development of communities.
