Being part of CETL is giving me the opportunity to connect my background in Human Resources with the field of transportation and logistics. During my first few weeks, I have begun to better understand how talent development, academic preparation, and industry needs work together. As I continue in this role, I hope to support initiatives that connect students with companies and professional opportunities. This experience will allow me to strengthen my communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills while contributing a people-centered perspective to CETL’s work.
