I recently began my role as a volunteer at CETL, working in event organizations for the community, which has been a highly meaningful opportunity for my professional development. Being part of this team represents an enriching experience that will allow me to strengthen key skills such as teamwork, effective communication, and thinking beyond what is expected. I am very enthusiastic about the learning opportunities that CETL offers, as well as the possibility of collaborating on projects or research that add value to both the Center and the industry. I am confident that this experience will have a positive impact on my academic and professional growth, helping me better prepare for my future career in Industrial Engineering.
