Today our Campus spends approximately $800,000 per year on office supplies. On top of this, there are other costs that often go unnoticed, such as printing, sending letters and storing, processing and disposing documents. In addition, we all recognize that our administrative processes are highly dependent on the use of paper, which often causes delays in the procedures between offices and increases risks for institutional compliance with accrediting agencies and audits. This also creates more workload on our employees who process documents and who could be better focused on more relevant tasks. It is time to transform our Campus to a much more efficient, agile and innovative one that can maintain and strengthen its services at a lower cost. The opportunity to change is now.
Why we recommend going Paperless :
Reducing the consumption of paper does not only help our environment and the world, but also many aspects of our daily lives.
