- Provide identification with photo of business owner.

- Sign CBDG certification that validates that the information provided is correct.
- Provide information that permits measuring the growth of your business when the program ins completed and/or additional information as required by the programs: Area-E and/or CDBG-DR.

Documents Required for Acceleration
- Provide identification with photo of business owner.
- Provide evidence de earnings of business owner (ex. Income Tax Return, W2, 480 Informative, or others).
- Sign CBDG certification that validates that the information provided is correct.
- Have 3.5 years or more of operations.
- Provide information that permits measuring the growth of your business when the program ins completed and/or additional information as required by the programs: Area-E and/or CDBG-DR.
Next, complete our program application.
If you are going to apply for the Seed Capital program later, you must collect the following information, which will be requested in the form.
- Present a proposal to evaluate your application for the incentives. (Template Provided)
- Present certificate of participation of the incubation or acceleration Área-E program.
