General Description

Material Advantage (MaAd) UPRM Chapter is the only student organization in Puerto Rico dedicated to promoting engagement in the Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) field. Our chapter is constituted by undergraduate and graduate students from most engineering and science programs of our university. Since its establishment, our members have been working side-by-side with several UPRM organizations and other agencies and industries to create more impactful educational and research opportunities for students in MSE and, thereby, to increase their representation in the Materials community.
