All UPR investigators and research personnel are required to complete prior to August 24, 2012, the web-based NIH Tutorial on Financial Conflicts of Interest. This training must be repeated at least every four (4) years. Investigators must submit a copy of the certificate of completion to UPRM's FCOI Official to: fcoi@uprm.edu.
