Our goal

Become an Educational Model for BioMaterials Research (EMBioMaR) in the long-term impacting Hispanic communities as underrepresented groups in STEM.

Our Projects

focus on the biosensing of biomacromolecules as factors associated with cardiac diseases for wearable devices development.

Our Students

graduate student from the Bioengineering program at UPR-Mayaguez and two undergraduate students from the Chemical Engineering department.
