Operations Management Minor (12 credits)

The Minor in Operations Management offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain knowledge in operations strategy, with a strong emphasis on supply chain, logistics, and process efficiency. The interdisciplinary curriculum is designed to complement any major by equipping students with practical and analytical skills in areas such as inventory control, quality management, demand planning, and service operations.

This program prepares students to become effective decision-makers and operations leaders capable of optimizing organizational processes in both manufacturing and service industries.
