The White Rooms

Here, you can view and create bookings for the White Rooms in our facilities, located at Industrial Engineering Building, first floor inside CETL (II-101).

  • Max booking time: 2 hours
      • You can reserve up to 4 (30 min) slots to reach the 2 hours window 
      • Please consider limiting your time of use, so others can also make use of the White Rooms

 

  • Minimum party size: 2
  • Max party size:
      • Single Room: 4-5
      • Both Rooms: 8

 

  • Available resources:
    • * Available upon request at the office *
      • HDMI cable
      • LAN (Ethernet) cable
        • Lan-to-C adapter
      • TV controller
      • Color markers/ eraser

 

  • Operating Hours:
      • Monday to Thursday-> 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
      • Friday -> 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Usage Rules

Book a White Room

By booking a White Room, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all rules and guidelines established for the use of CETL facilities. You also accept full responsibility for any damage, misuse, or loss that may occur during your reserved time.

We kindly ask that you treat the space and everything in it with care, as these rooms are shared resources intended to support the entire CETL community. Leaving the room clean and in good condition helps ensure that everyone can enjoy a productive and respectful environment. Thank you for being considerate of others.
