Learn More About the Administration Office
The R&D Center Administration Office oversees, coordinates, and manages the regular operations of the post-award and services divisions. Tasks handled in the administration office include purchases of materials and supplies, service contracts for the R&D center operation, management of tickets for internal center services, R&DC personnel licenses, and coordination of services provided by internal UPRM offices.
The administration office is managed by a special assistant to the director, with the provision of an administrative officer for supportive office tasks.
As the Administration Office is responsible for overseeing all matters related to the Research & Development Center’s infrastructure, here we provide key information that must be taken into consideration when planning any kind of change or addition to our facilities.
Our office must follow all institutional procedures set forth by the UPRM Chancellor’s Office, UPR Presidents Office, and the UPR Board of Directors.
