Today we celebrate the third year of the Ceiba Foundation scholarships for students at the College of Engineering at UPRM, and new faculty scholarships for research projects were presented.
Congratulations to Baldaguez Torres Paola A, David Suleiman, Bienvenido J Velez Rivera, and Joaquin Chong for receiving an initial grant of $10,000 for their pre-proposal. The next step will be to develop proposals to achieve the vision of creating new technologies with commercialization potential.
