The focus of the CRECEN program – Strategic Training through Resilience, Competitiveness, and Business Expansion – is the development of job skills through courses, professional certifications, training, and mentoring.
IMPORTANT! At the moment, we are not accepting individual applications. To participate in our program, you must be part of a cohort through an organization, student association, or company. Individuals will be able to apply starting May 15, 2025.
Who can participate?
Small or medium-sized companies or organizations that seek to retrain their employees or expand their skills.
Employers seeking to train their employees in basic positions.
People who are currently unemployed.
Employed people in need of retraining to qualify for better job opportunities.
