Cohorts are an innovative way to approach group learning and professional development. Designed for employers, organizations, professional associations, and student groups, cohorts offer a personalized and collaborative experience for the growth and training of their teams or members.

What is a cohort?

A cohort is a group of people who come together to learn and develop in a specific professional area, sharing resources, knowledge, and goals over a defined period. These cohorts facilitate hands-on learning, collaboration, and support to acquire key skills and achieve common goals.

How do cohorts work?

Defining Objectives

Identify the specific goals and needs of your organization or group.

Example: improve leadership skills, master a new technology, or foster teamwork.

Cohort Composition

Determine the group size and participant profiles.

Cohorts typically have between 10 and 30 people, depending on the objectives.

Program Design

We work with you to customize the content and schedule to take the courses or professional certifications of interest.

Who can participate?

Small to medium-sized businesses

Example: You are an employer looking to strengthen your team's skills and abilities in specific business areas to improve operational productivity.

Professional associations

Example: A marketing professional association aims to help its members stay up-to-date in a competitive job market. To achieve this, they decide to form a cohort with CRECEN focused on key areas such as digital marketing strategies, project management, and leadership.

Educational institutions

Example: You are the director of a school that wants to train its teaching staff in innovative teaching strategies.

Student associations

Example: You are the president of a student association looking to prepare your members for the job market and keep them updated on topics related to their field of study.
