The FHWA is seeking twelve (12) exceptional recent and graduating bachelor’s and/or master’s civil engineering students to join the FHWA family through the Professional Development Program (PDP)! The PDP is a 24-month entry-level program that provides:
- On-The-Job Training
- Developmental Assignments
- A Leadership Skills Academy
