In this interesting conference, Dr. Raúl Figueroa, a Puerto Rican engineer graduated from the Mayaguez Campus of the University of Puerto Rico and a Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, will talk about business opportunities and professional exchange with the African continent. .
