For those who are always looking for new educational tools and to stay up to date, recently I though of sharing with all of you that these days I have learned lots of new things.  How was this?  I registered in many FREE webinars.

What is a webinar???

Webinar is short for Web-based seminar.  Is an interactive seminar conducted via the world-wide web. Usually a live presentation, it happens in real time as users participate through chats, file share, or ask questions with a built in microphone.  Most of these webinars could be re-played after they end.

Where did I found these webinars? Searching the web for my topic of interest.  I am not saying that it is easy to find what you want because this is a recent practice but if you put some time in to it, you will find some interesting websites that offer webinars almost every month.   Who are the presenters of these seminars?  PhD’s and professionals of all levels.

Some benefits that I can point out from this type of educational seminars are getting ideas, acquiring new research skills, being aware of new technologies, and staying up to date with new findings on the academia, R&D and industry.

I think is worth to give it a try!
