On December 10th, 2010 the Chemical Engineering Graduate Program will be celebrating his second Graduate Research Symposium at the ChEg Amphiteather (IQ-004) from 8:00 am to 4:10 pm. The activity will feature 15-minute presentations by doctoral and masters graduate students followed by 5-minute Q&A sessions.

Undergraduate students and the UPRM community in general are invited to participate and learn about the innovative and competitive research currently performed in the interdisciplinary areas that encompass modern chemical engineering research and are represented in our department. This semester’s presentations include: nanomaterial synthesis, characterization, and applications; renewable energy, and remediation, amongst others.
