Research: The job consists on elaborating methods of eradication of endophytes organisms in tissue culture of Dioscorea rotundata. These following processes were developed under the same job: isolate, identify and eliminate phytopathogenic organisms such as: bacteria and fungi to obtain tissues completely free of pathogens and aseptic. Currently, the fungi have been isolated and their identification will proceed; then tests will be conducted to identify the most effective eradication method. During the period I have been participating in the program of scientific symposia such as SOPCA and countless professional workshops. In addition, Jian will be close to conducting a research internship.
