Dr. Merari Feliciano Rivera is an Associate Professor in the Department of Agro-Environmental Sciences at UPR Mayagüez and CoPI of the ECaFSS project. On November 2018, she received the SOPCA Member of the Year Award (from the Puertorrican Society of Agricultural Sciences) for her contributions to science and agriculture. Her conference Meeting our enemy through phytopathology was presented on both UPR Aguadilla and UPR Mayagüez during October 2, 2018 and January 29, 2019. Approximately 100 people participated in this Role Model Seminars.
