REPORT
The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) establishes, in criterion 3 of standard II (Ethics and Integrity), that institutions must have a mechanism to address complaints or grievances from students, faculty, and non-teaching staff. This institutional policy must be fair, impartial, and guarantee prompt, appropriate, and equitable attention.
