Abstract:
A production improvement project was developed. A production capacity analysis and a Excel VBA planning system was delivered for an uniform-washing facility. While the capacity analysis provides us the information to identify opportunity areas, the Excel VBA tool will provide an efficient way to use the resources. Reduction of re-work and a complete understanding of their current system will allow for better decisions for their long and short term goals.
