Abstract:
A Medical Device Company is experiencing material shortages in some of the catheters manufacturing lines. For that reason, the Senior Capstone Design project team has designed and verified a scheduling tool for the bottleneck workstation of the entire manufacturing process. This tool provides the optimal schedule to reduce material shortages in the production lines involved.
