PhD student María José Buendía Otero presented her research during the Isolation and Purification session at ISEV 2026.
Her work focuses on the isolation of tissue-specific matrix-bound vesicles and their application in biosensing, demonstrating retention of tissue-specific biomarkers and enabling rapid, label-free electrochemical detection.
