A series of short documentaries about Puerto Rico and the Cold War during the 1960s accompanied by a conversation about the creative process involved in the making of the films and the issues they address. The presenters are Guillermo Gómez Alvarez, the director of the documentaries and professor in the UPRM Film Certificate, and Professor Manuel Valdés Pizzini.
