Cinématèque will be presenting a selection of short films made by students and graduates of the UPRM Film Certificate on Noches de Galeria in San Germán this Tuesday. It will include the winner of Best Short Film in the 2016 Rincon Film Festival and the winner of Best Documentary in Rincon 2015.
