Admission requirements to the curricular sequence

Students interested in including this curricular sequence in their study plans must meet the following requirements:

  • Be admitted to a study program within any Faculty of the Mayagüez University Campus.
  • Have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Fill out an application for admission to the sequence that is available at the UPRM Registry’s Office.
  • Have passed MATE 3031 (Calculus I) with C or higher.

Requirements to pass the curricular sequence

To obtain the Special Annotation on the transcript, the student must pass all the courses in the sequence with a grade of C or higher and have a minimum average of 2.50 in the courses in the sequence. At the end of the sequence, the student must meet with the Coordinator of the Curriculum Sequence in Probability and Statistics to complete a Student Evaluation of the Sequence.

Students interested in including this curricular sequence in their study plans must meet the following requirements:

  • Be admitted to a study program within any Faculty of the Mayagüez University Campus.
  • Have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Fill out an application for admission to the sequence that is available at the UPRM Registry’s Office.
  • At the beginning of the sequence, receive an orientation from the Coordinator of the sequence.
  • Have passed MATE 3063 (Calculus III) with C or plus.

Requirements to pass the curricular sequence

To obtain the Special Annotation on the transcript, the student must pass all the courses in the sequence with a grade of C or higher and have a minimum average of 2.50 in the courses in the sequence.
