  Last day to deliver study plans for graduate students who began their studies the previous semester. Last day to request graduate admission and pay diploma rights for the semestres

• Tuesday, October 15, 2019
  Last day for late filing of readmission application, minor concentrations, curricular sequences, professional certification or second baccalaureates, transfers to undergraduate programs and admission to graduate studies for the Second Semester 2019-2020.
• Thursday, October 31, 2019
  Last day for late filing of internal transfer request for the Second Semester 2019-2020.

Monday, November 4, 2019
Last day to request oral exams of Graduate Studies.

Wednesday, November 13, 2019
Last day to file an application to take courses in other institutions (special permission). Last day for partial drop.

Friday, November 22, 2019
Last day to offer partial exams. Last day to administer a major evaluation (understand an exam, project, presentation, essay or other work whose weight exceeds 5% of the final grade). This limitation does not apply to laboratory tests, capitular course projects (i.e. “capstone courses” and research seminar courses and exam repositions to which the student was absent). This according to Certification 14-74 of the Amended Academic Senate.
