electronicsDescription:

The Dynamical and Control Systems Division will lead in the fundamental and applied knowledge in science and engineering that will address issues related to control of dynamical systems. The focus will be on the nonlinear modeling and control of dynamic physical systems from the aerospace engineering point-of-view. Research on dynamic control systems includes autonomy, stability, optimization, robustness, perturbation analysis, estimation/observability, adaptability, collaborative systems, game-theory, among other research topics. Additional research works include intelligent flight systems, genetic/neural-network, and stochastic control strategies under uncertain systems, noise control theories for aerospace applications, etc.
